the junior suite included a two burner stove and a mini fridge. glassware flatware and dishes were provided. the bed was comfortable and they offer a pillow menu. staff were helpful .

the service quality in the restaurant was inconsistent one evening. main courses and appetizers came out in the wrong order. some items were missing and the steak was not cooked as requested.

the rooms had a kitchenette, a feature i found perfect. the bed offered great comfort, and i enjoyed the walk-in shower in the spacious bathroom. the hotel benefits from proximity to harbor attractions. it is near the baumwall u-bahn stop, which simplifies access to the main station.

i noticed the absence of shampoo, despite the presence of body wash. the bar had a friendly staff, and i appreciated the feature drink. however, the lack of shampoo was a minor inconvenience for me.
